Starbucks Coffee - Kennesaw

I’m only leaving this review because I’m really upset that the girl lied to me this morning that was working the window, They made my coffee wrong, and instead of just remaking it, or being honest about it, they decided to throw it over ice which watered down my ICED Americano that they had made HOT The young lady told me if I wanted to keep the mess up I could, but then the other coworker quickly took the cup and dumped it into one full of ice.. Probably the most disgusting cup of coffee didn’t even taste the vanilla I asked for in it, I would’ve rather went to Dunkin if it was gonna be like that.. So the next time you go to tell a customer that they already dumped the wrong drink out as if they were making me a new one, Please just don’t be a liar. I could taste your lies in my cup.I couldn’t even drink it it was so gross. I was already on my way to work otherwise I would have drove back.

Absolutely the slowest drive thru experience EVER!!! ?

Placed an order through the drive thru and was accused of yelling while the lady repeated my order when it was someone in the distance. Wasn't even the lady that took my order that complained about the yelling was some male that also had a headset.

The person that seemed to be the manager, blonde lady, took our order with an attitude and did not listen to my wife when she asked for oat milk in her drink. Luckily the worker making it was super sweet but the other woman was just rude. I understand service workers having a bad day, but when you mess up orders because of it you need some work.

They kicked everyone out because they were short staffed. I went there with intentions to study for while, but they randomly said that we all needed to leave cause their shift was over and only one person was left attending.
