Papa John's Pizza - Kennesaw

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent prices. No waiting on a Friday night extremely fast service. Will definitely return to this restaurant. Very recommended. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to our orders.

August gets 5 stars plus 5! because I was very helpful when I called an order that was placed on the line to send my workers to a job that never did! There was a problem with online ordering the day before, so she thinks that the problem was. However, Austin the manager gets zero stars for him would not get off, but is not even coming on the phone when August asks for him several times! Promote August and Fire Austin!

How to get pizza here when I receive offers in my email from the reward program. During my last visit we asked her to make one of the special pizzas that is no longer on the menu (Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza and fortunately the pizza maker still knew how to make it. Shoutout also at the cashier who allowed us to honour a reward contract, although we do not order online. If Papa Johns Corporate reads these reviews at all, 2 messages: 1. bring Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza and 2. allow customers to honor rewards emails even if they order personally.

Great pizza, hot, fresh and fast. Big manager made our pizza exactly as stated. Have recently hired additional staff to make pizza come to you faster.

Decent Papa Johns, except on the weekends. Waited at least in total for a carry out order, but they did give me a free drink. Usually, no problems otherwise. Pizza quality varies from okay to really good, I suppose depending on who?s working. Weekdays around midday tend to result in better pizza flavor. Traffics always a pain around here though.
