Bidra med feedbackI'll never order from this place again. I think the older man in the register tonight was either a manager or maybe owner, don't have to be both?. But he works with a Marcos pizza?. Anyway, I asked about Parmesan cheese, he gives me only 2 packs?. In the meantime we have (2) not (1), but (2) big!!!!! You want him to give me two packs of Parmesan? I was looking for more, another young man in the register asked me how many, I might just say 5 more?. The older man then says 10 cents for each extra, after 2? Tell me if that makes a sense!!!! Terrible! The smallest things to lose a customer will give you business! Silly! Better!
My pizza per slice had either no cheese or very little. The sausages were mostly on one side.
I tried several times on different days. It rings and rings. I guess they're just always extremely busy, but that was frustrating because I had questions that couldn't answer their website. I wanted to give them another chance because the search for gluten-free pizza can be hard and Google said it offered. So, I kept hoping that someone would answer one day. I finally managed to get someone today. For the context, I have a gluten allergy. I asked about her GF options. The person on the phone was not even sure if they had GF elements and had to check. How do you not know which products you sell...? I asked how they cook the GF pizza, is it in the same oven, is it on divided pans or use new pans? Are the pans washed between use or reuse? He didn't know anything. He had to stop me to ask me. The last time he held me, he hung me up. If you have a gluten allergy, do not eat here!!! They clearly have no idea about GF and are probably really hurt someone or at the bare minimum they get very sick. This place needs to train their employees better: on which products they sell, how to prepare their products and on (very common) allergies. Good mourning.
I have to say the food was really good. He made timely and the details I wanted. The level of care and service of the young lady on the front, I think Sara was her name, made my experience very pleasant and friendly! Let's go over the next Marco of my house.
I'm staying in a hotel for the night for business. I look up Marcos and decided to place an order. I tried on my phone first, but I got a message that it was too late to do an online order. It was approximately 8:30 pm. They advertise that they close at 10 pm. Next I tried to call, but no answer around 8:45 pm. Next I drive over only realizing that I was .2 mile from the place. I go to the front door and the door was locked, but they're advertising that they don't close until 10 pm. Poor, very poor customer service. I will not give this place my business if I'm in this area again!!!
