Bidra med feedbackThe last few coffees I’ve received been awful to say the least. Even after respectfully disclosing this the same quality is given. I won’t be back to this location at all. They lost a loyal customer.
Sue, Sarah and the rest of the staff were just terrific. Everyone was all smiles and accommodating. Thank you will return a lot.
Sue is the best she needs a raise!!!I am a regular dunkin visitor between 2 locations and I can honestly say my interactions with the Jiles Rd. crew is the best every time and it literally just gets better each visit. The employees know me, and Sue goes out of her way every visit to make me smile.I met the new G.M Sarah today and again another great experience. it's not every day the g.m of a business comes amd introduces themselves to you. I can already see a positive shift in the moral of the team here. there's a reason I pass 2 other locations almost everyday to come here.
Sue is the best thing to happen to Dunkin. You can tell she really cares about others. I left my wallet at home and she kindly paid for my coffee for me. I was not having the best day and she made it awesome! We need more people like her in this world. I will forever come to this location over any other nearby.
