Applebee's Grill - Kennesaw

We had a fantastic waitress! Very attentive without being annoying. The manager was also hands on. Our drinks were fantastic. Our food was very good. Will definitely go back.

Took my mother here for a late lunch 23Sep22 at about 145pm EST, we were sat quickly, and 'El ' (short for Elliot we were informed) introduced herself as our server. Our seeet teas and 1st serving of unlimited boneless wings were brought in an appropriate amount of time. Refills for drinks and wings had to be made by hunting 'El ' down again as she never returned to even ask us how things were going. Eating buffalo wings in hot sauce should be a basic indicator to serving staff to keep an eye on drinks and napkin needs; neither was done. After 15 minutes of no drink for me, I had to ask another employee, appeared to be a manager as she was better dressed and appeared to be paying a little more attention to her surroundings, to send our server or help us. She readily asked about our concerns, but it took another 5+ minutes for anything to show up, which was 'El ' asking us if we needed anything. My requirements are not difficult, do not let my drink be empty, and if it does get that low, be responsive and attentive in short order so it does not remain empty long. 'EL ' FAILED the basic requirement. She got a tip, but it would have been 3x what she received had she been attentive; a small thing some would say, but actions have consequences. The food quality was less than or equal to, an elementary school prepared chicken nugget meal. While I was not surprised, I was disappointed in the quality of the returned AYCE BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS offer. Flat-out was not worth the $12.99, fries included, price tag. It has been more than 10 years since I set foot inside an Applebee 's as a paying customer, and it will likely be much longer than that before I return. Good luck staying in Biz, but it will not be at my expense.

Stopped in for the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings. Was seated at a corner table, but waited 20+ minutes and no one came to our table. The place wasn't busy( I see why).No water had to ask for menu. The waitress walked Pass my table several times. So we left disappointed,hungry and shocked cause this never happen before. Won't be back for a while!!

This location was in Kennesaw, Georgia. I had an early supper, enjoying an 8 oz sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes, and broccoli. My meal arrived piping hot, and was excellent, very much like a home cooked meal. My server was friendly and efficient. Very satisfying, and I will likely return during my trip to the Atlanta area.

Dined in for dinner a few nights ago. I ordered fish and chips and blue mutiny drink. The fish was horrible, it was mostly batter, grease oil, and over fried. The mutiny drink was so weak, I could only taste the Moscato in it. The only good thing was the server Ari. She was amazing, she served as well as helped cook in the kitchen, due that the kitchen was so overwhelmed and backed up from take-out orders. Because of this, dine in customers had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though many tables were available... Ari you rock!!!
