Chef asked me to be patient after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked why she is not yet able to get my order when I asked the boss that I should be patient so that she does not come behind the schedule... Was just a customer in business!
Slow service. Server had no idea what happened. I tried to load $24.50 for $14 food. I had to use my own calculator to supplement my food and show her. A coffee cup. When I got a new coffee cup, it was half full and had no refill in sight. Oh, good. At least the food was good and hot, and he gave me a free waffle.
Worst service I've ever had at a waffle house... had to ask for everything! Food was even ? had to even ask for my waffle while my waitress played on her phone... no jelly, had to wait on utensils after my food was served... best part is the place was just about empty with only myself and 1 other guest at any given time... definitely won't be back to that location! I eat at waffle house often and this was definitely not the normal WH experience ?
Always clean . The cook Anthony is on point and Denisha was so friendly and helpful. Continuously get great meals and service when I come here.
We don't have a waffle house in San Antonio, so we always try to eat at one if possible. The food was good. The waffle was great. The service was ok, could use a little incentive. My pet Peeve, must ask for the obvious, cream, sweet and low, butter, etc. Every server should know.
