Bidra med feedbackGreat Cuban Sandwich. Went this afternoon, got horchata, Cuban sandwich, and tres leches cake, along with some chicken and beef meat pies. All of it was delicious, particularly the Cubano. It's also a very clean and well-kept establishment, the market part of it was very neat and organized. Will be back.
A whole lot of activity in a tiny package. The Kenner location is about 30% of the size of the newer mid-city location. It's pretty busy. They seem to sell the same products. Same great cubans and tres leches cakes.
One of the better NOLA bakeries. Cake slices are great, king cakes 100%, and petitfore's are to die for.
Everything I've had from Norma's has been unbelievably good. This is my go-to stop when bringing dessert to any kind of church or social function.
Not really a restaurant. It 's actually a bakery/grocery store, specializing in Latin bread and pastries. I really like the fresh bolillos, still warm from the oven, and the Central American tamales at the counter are a refreshing change from the local South Louisiana 'hot tamales '
