O'donnabhain's Kenmare

What can I say. O'Donnabhain's is a real gem right in the heart of Kenmare. We stayed for 2 nights in September 2023. They were kind enough to accommodate a very early breakfast on the first morning for my husband who was taking part in the Tour de Beara cycle. The room we stayed in was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the 2nd morning was delicious. We ate in the bar one night and the food was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. A special shout out to Jan in the bar who is superb I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay, eat or just have a few drinks in Kenmare. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, large spacious rooms, yummy food…. I had a very enjoyable experience

Very nice place. We were here on a Tuesday evening, probably just in time for rush hour. It was nevertheless not crowded, we got a table immediately. The waiters as well as the bartender were very friendly, the Guinness tasty and not diluted. The food was very tasty and the portion good, as well as the price totally ok (we had Cottage Pie Lasagne). Later there was nice live music at a perfect volume. Since it is relevant for many: the toilets were clean. We will definitely come again if we return to Kenmare!

We stopped here on a whim and we were so glad we did. Everyone loved their lunch. I got the seafood chowder and it was excellent with large pieces of fish and mussels.

The food was lovely here. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even though it was very busy.
