Taco Bell - Kenedy

Sadly every time I go through their drive threw, they mess my order up and when I have to go back inside to have it fixed, they look at me like I’m the one who messed it up.So here is an update of this review, yesterday we ordered food through an app, picked it up, when we got home, the food was cold and hard, we can tell it wasn’t freshly made because we had customized a lot of the pieces by taking out nacho cheese or the nasty sauces, it had everything still in it. A few of the Chalupa‘s had sour cream and lettuce only, there was no meat!I am not impressed with the staff at this Taco Bell by any means!!

Hit or miss with constant turnover of new employees...1 time have excellent experience, next time..not so much.

Missing food items, almost no meat in quesadillas and tacos, items frequently out, though, I 've heard that they say this when it 's late and they don 't want to cook certain things.

Awful,before you buy food make sure food is fresh, they are just throw food in bag and the oil smell yuk like it’s never been change from while

Now that there is one in this area, I just raved about Taco Bell to my grandma how she needs to try it...and man we were all disappointed! It was embarrassing.1. when handed the food, our bags were all soggy and had food on the outside of the bag2. Our order was wrong.3. Food was cold.4. Nothing was made with love. The nachos were soggy. The 5 layer had only 2 layers. The flat bread was a burrito with sad chicken and chipotle sauce. Mexican pizza looked like it fell on the floor and got thrown back into the box, and had a weird taste to it. Quesadilla was dry and barely had anything in it.This Taco Bell doesn't compare to the big city Taco Bell. Save your money.
