Burger King - Kendallville

Messed up my order, and when I went back to get it fixed, they reduced the price and were fast to get me the right order. All I asked for is the order fixed, but they insisted on discounting my entire order and giving me cash back along with replacing the food.

It's hard to get overly excited about a burger king, but this is a very nice one. And that's because it has an excellent wait the food was good though, hot and fresh. There is a Burger King in Saugatuck, Michigan, that could learn a thing or two from this store!

I won't be going back. The drive thru was very very slow, sat for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Went inside to dine tonight and the service was unacceptable. Rude from the beginning, manager especially. Never been treated so poorly at any restaurant ever. Definitely won't be going back. I'll go to another town if I want Burger King again.

Rude workers. From the cash window to getting my food at the second window. Lazy women. They didn’t give me the correct sauce and when I asked for the correct one I ordered and paid for, she tells me it’s .40 cents. After I paid for the sauce packets I asked for.Very rude and disrespectful, never coming back here

Ordered 6 8 PC nuggets). They tasted wet rubbery like they had been microwaved. Didn't have the lids on all the way on drinks and me and my daughter in law spilt them on ourselves. Only thing decent about our order was mozzarella sticks.
