Oh my goodness! This was the worst dining experience of my life. Despite being a loyal customer for years, today's visit was disastrous. The empanadas were not crispy, the beef stew had a hair in it - it was horrifying. The chorizo was dry, the meat was dry, and the pork rinds were incredibly greasy with no meat, just fat. What a disappointment! It's shocking that this happened at a restaurant that used to be so good. To make matters worse, I overheard someone from the kitchen telling the waitress that "it was just a hair" in my food. Where did it come from? I was so let down. I tried to speak with the manager, but he was not available. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch. The food is absolutely delicious. My family and I are regulars here. We are eagerly anticipating the release of the new menu.
