Kfc - Kendall

This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. The employees are slow, they are always out of something (today it was ketchup) and the employees don't seem to care at all about the customers.

This restaurant always has huge lines and the employees are really slow.

I went through the drive thru about 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Either the mic wasn't working or the cashier didn't understand English. After repeating my order several times, I was told to drive to the window. They were out of original and out of white meat. I settled for crispy, dark meat and asked for a small container of extra gravy. The wait was very long considering I was the only customer. He handed me the bag without the extra gravy and I had to ask for my drink. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel to find dried up chicken, old mashed potatos and half a container of extra gravy. I know they were closing but I think we have the right to expect better for the price.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. It was a bit of a let down to find the chicken wasn't actually spicy but rather a spicy sauce was added to the sandwich. Liked it overall.

This is the best establishment ever. Everything is perfect. The employees are polite, food was fresh, Everytime I go, it’s the same thing. Amazing service, 10/10.
