Had to send our stroller..as, leighs buggy with sportsitz for a straight 2 months old baby. after 3 weeks the frame has returned without wheels. on request this was no longer present and should be ordered extra new, a week later asked if it was ordered or already delivered, the statement of the manufacturer is on vacation at the moment. stranger wisely, 2 hours later our bikes appeared again and we could pick up the stroller. neither apologise nor a statement of sudden sound. in the baby department we don't buy anything anymore!

The delivery came only after 5 months promised 2-4 weeks, always called and asked if the furniture finally arrived has never got info, good appearance that was already promised in January compensated until the end of the march also not there, so you need to ask a lot! in the next furniture store I make big sheets around the xxxl!!!

So today really tend to have good advice and very nice sellers who took us at the reception. Are very happy, hopefully it remains because the xxl lutz has beautiful things. Really positive surprise about the nice Michaela thank you again

March 2021 Dining room set ordered, July 2021 delivered after multiple shift, unfortunately faulty and partly incorrect parts, which are to be delivered again November 2021. Since nothing has happened, we have hacked and got the info that the parts will be delivered until the end of December 2021. By mid-January 2022 waited, asked again and it was said that at the beginning of February 2022 the parts PREPARATION will be there. In mid-February after 11 months we still don't have a complete set. In addition, there was no excuse or explanation for this massive delay.
