Mcdonald's - Kelso

The girl that served us was very rude. try a question at the drive-dru window after taking the food. after my question she rolled her eyes and closed the window. very unprofessional behaviour and very disappointed about their actions.

To busy talking to the person in the car as they were co works waiting for 20mins before they decided to go, the worst customer service ever!!! It would be a 0 if I could..

Ice cream machine was working so that.is instant 5 star and even got 4 mc flurry's and where nice with heaps of topping. And the staff were really nice and were a bit busy not to bar, it is handy to slip down for a quick snack trip.

The food at this McDonald’s has been really good unfortunately they managed to forget items in my order however would still be worth going back to because at the end of the day I’ve had quite a few good experiences there especially with old mate who made me my coffee tonight it was honestly better than café coffee. Dude you are the best

The service is disappointing; even when there are no other customers, the wait time is still long. I've consistently experienced terrible service at Rasmussen.
