Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Kelowna

My partner and I hadn't visited Red Robin since they took the Burning Love Burger off the menu a few years ago. We decided to give Red Robin another chance to see if there had been any updates, and we were delighted to see that the Burning Love was back on the menu. We were very pleased with our experience!

I claimed my free Birthday Burger as I am a Red Robin Royalty Member. I sat in the lounge which was quiet to start but slowly picked up for the dinner rush. The Caps and Pens were playing and sound was on one TV enough to hear through out the lounge. They have a large selection of beer on Draught. My bartender was great she kept my beer full the whole time. And their burgers are always

During our previous visit to this restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Jocelyn. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience outstanding, with her friendly and enthusiastic personality. Despite the wide variety of options on the menu, Jocelyn expertly suggested delicious drinks and appetizers that were promptly served during the busy dinner rush. It was evident that she truly enjoys her work and excels at it. For a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend sitting in Jocelyn's section.

The food was the same as it’s always been. Everyone was nice. Portion sizes are soo much smaller then they were even a year ago. The kids icecreams are now half empty though more than enough for what kids need imo) and they are stingy with the steak fries. Bottomless though so I order more and look how much came in the basket. Is there a fry shortage or something? Overall though I still left full. But the fry portions has me scratching my head. The kids meals had more fries then the adults lol)
