Panago Pizza - Kelowna

Super dissatisfied with value. They hardly put any cheese and toppings. And before panago responds with contact our customer service. I did and got a refund from a fantasic representative and franchise. Then the next order wasn't any better. I strongly suggest that the franchise look into this location for ripping off customers. No way this is panagopoulos pizza standards. Best of luck with this franchise owner running your good name into the ground. The picture below is $24 pie. A $7 dominos cheese breed has more cheese than this.

I have never been disappointed when I order pizza from this location. One of the few Panagos that doesn't chince out on the toppings. They know how to layer the ingredients, they also distribute everything so well and even get fancy with how they sauce the pizza. Don't expect a fine Italian pizza or a greasy loaded pizza, that's not what panago is. I can see and taste the effort they put into making the pizza. The location by london drugs is brutal and needs to take lessons from these guys.

Pizza was pretty darn good and I had no issues with the service. All in all, no complaints. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the price. Panago and pizza in general is way overpriced for what it is.

I had issues with my order and the manager Raj was horrible to deal with. While I was in the store I had to listen to him berate his other employees while I was there. I had asked after he had left if he was always like that and apparently that is just the way he is. As a manager he is rude and disrespectful in the tone he talked to me in and felt he was correct even though my order was wrong and cold. I would suggest spending the extra gas money and going to another store!

Always consistent product. The drivers are always courteous as well.
