Bidra med feedbackWe ordered Burrito Bullets with various toppings, including guacamole and sour cream, along with some additional items that were displayed. However, when our order arrived, I received a bowl of rice with only a few pieces of chicken and some toppings missing. When I questioned our waitress, she blatantly lied to me and did not offer to correct the mistake. The restaurant manager acknowledged the error but did nothing to address it. As a lover of Mexican food, I must say that this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I would advise others to double-check their orders before eating or try a different establishment. We do not expect free or discounted meals, but we do expect to receive what we pay for. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I arrived at the restaurant at 12pm and attempted to place my order online. However, the website was not user-friendly so I had to place my order at the counter. There was no table service, but the staff was friendly. My order took 30 minutes to be ready, even though I was the first customer there. I was unimpressed with the food quality overall. The quesadilla I ordered was made incorrectly and tasted bland. The salad portion was small and lacked variety in condiments. Despite the long line of customers, I did not feel that the food was worth the wait. In comparison to other Mexican restaurants, this one did not meet my expectations.
I stopped by the restaurant and it was crowded. I ordered a couple of chicken burritos to take out, each costing $11. The food was ready in about 5 minutes and we were out the door with our meals. My wife requested hers without hot sauce, but I enjoyed mine with it. This authentic, local restaurant has great staff and I highly recommend it. It is one of the top 5 locations in Rutland and probably the best option for a quick meal.
Eating here is excellent, but the restaurant is really dirty. the tables are sticky, the bathroom was rough (also the door button was black with old dirt) many homeless people there, so I'm sure it's not easy to keep clean, but you could try. won't be back. to dirty
Staff cooking in plastic which do nothing to protect customer from covid instead of proper face coverings. Very poor.
