Insomnia Coffee Company - Kells

Over the past few years, this restaurant has consistently offered the same sandwich option – a combination of beetroot, sweet potato, and hummus, which I find unexciting. However, more often than not, there are no sandwiches left when I visit, indicating they might only have one or two available each day. They consistently offer a plant-based chocolate slice, always the same variety, and have a selection of plant milks on hand, as well as a vegan salted caramel hot chocolate. While they generally have deliciously ella energy balls available too, they tend to be on the pricier side.
