Bidra med feedbackI wanted to make movies. Unfortunately, it's on the hill. I don't know if it's the new property. The seats are in such a disability. The shells peel their wood surface. Only yesterday evening we arrived early to order food and relax. We noticed that the theatre plays the pre-film ad sound, but no picture. I asked the participant why there was no picture and I was told that they got either picture or sound, but not both.
I usually love this place, but since the company was bought by a newer, it was super dirty: The seats fall apart, the trays are sawed and were not wiped before we got in. Our service was amazing, but unfortunately the facility is not better than a cheaper theatre.
That was my way to go with my family and friends. I don't know if it's the cause Cinepolis took over, but my experience was terrible today. I ordered my food early, and I held that everyone gets food all over the theatre except me. Press the call button and no one came and my food literally came to the left of the movie with only 15 minutes. My daughter's food was also sent back twice. They would think that the service would be better than they would call on people.
It was our first time that such a facility was experienced. The employees were nice, clean. Good selection of food; a little expensive, but understandable. Nice seating area. You can order food while you watch the movie and they will bring food to you. We're leaving.
I really want to like this place, I'll be honest, the food is actually pretty good. The chairs are comfortable. But this last time we were there we had a very unfortunate experience. The service was just terrible. We did not get even one refill of our drinks, except, halfway through the movie, my husband was finally handed a full glass. It appeared that his water had finally been refilled. He took a big gulp and realized too late that he had been handed a very strongly mixed vodka and soda. My husband has been sober for almost 13 years. Vodka was his weakness, and in a dark theatre, without any warning, during an intense part of the new Thor Movie, he was handed vodka. Not only is he a recovering alcoholic, it is also against our religious beliefs to drink alcohol. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating and unfortunate experience. It definitely shook my poor husband. We did alert the manager to the situation. She apologized profusely and comp'd our meal. But my husband and I left the theater feeling violated. He is fine, he is strong. He will pass it off as an unfortunate mistake. But it has taken an emotional toll. Be aware, check your drinks closely. And arrive early if you want better service. We had only arrived about 15 minutes early which was probably part of the problem. They suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your show. Not sure if we will be going again. Which is a bummer because with five young kids at home, being able to eat our food while watching a movie definitely saves a lot of time. But not sure it's worth the risk.
