John's Chinese - Keizer

Love this place always has good food, and great staff recommend stopping by for there great food!!

To begin with, this restaurant is the one that turned me on to what I believe is called Sesame beef. So the order was egg foo young, rice and sesame beef. This was a meal for two people. What I got was one piece of egg foo young rice and an order of the Sesame beef with no sauce. So essentially bone dry beef nuggets. Supposedly our money is being refunded for this order but it really ruined our meal for the entire evening. Simply saying I will give you your money back for the one thing that you actually wanted and then sending a basically vegetarian meal for one is not acceptable. You should have rushed the complete order to us. Won't be back.

The last few times it was great, but this last time was not so great. The rice had an off flavor but the biggest issue was the disappointing ratio of meat to other ingredients only 10% of dish was meat.

The food is always great and the servers are so nice. We truly love going here. The portions are very generous.

Horrible customer service. Was told my order would be ready at 6pm. I got there at 6:05pm and was told it would be ready “whenever” very rudely by the girl at the drive-up window. I told her I couldn’t wait for “whenever” and she said it was too bad and I would have to wait for whenever it gets done. I couldn’t believe it. I chose to not wait for “whenever” and left. They’re not worth it if they’re going to be so rude. They are not the only Chinese food in town.
