Bidra med feedbackThis dq was much better under the prior owners on quality and service. Drive thru was slow this is the 2nd time I asked for a blizzard and paid extra for additional candy and it was mostly ice cream with barely a sprinkle if candy.
I visit this location very frequently as it's near my house but the service during recent visits is making me never want to return. I stopped through on Sunday night and there were no cars in the drive through. As I said, I go to this location a lotand I mostly see the same employees working and they pretty much know my order by now. The employee at the window told me theywere out of one item in my order and asked what I wanted instead, I gave him my substitution and card. The total seemed oddlyhigh so I checked the receipt and he heard me wrong when I ordered. When confronted, he said he made no mistake and that's whatI asked for. I told him what I had said and he became argumentative so we went inside to present the receipt and wait for thefood. I showed another employee the receipt and tried telling him that there was a simple mistake made when ordering and I justwanted the overcharge refunded. He took my receipt and walked to the back. When he returned he handed my bags and told me tohave a good night. Nothing was said about the overcharge and we still didn't have our drinks. I told him we were missing drinksand he had a different employee get them. He gave me two mediums when I paid for one large and one medium. By this point I wasso frustrated I just wanted to leave and didn't care about the money but I looked in the bags and NO SAUCE. I would understandif it was a one time mistake, they're all young and I have worked in fast food so I totally get it. But this is a super frequentproblem. Multiple items are forgotten, the staff is rude and they never apologize when mistakes are made. Management needs tostep up and either offer better training or hire better employees. To top the whole experience off, the food we got mostrecently made us extremely sick. I don't plan on returning.
I order large rotisserie basket($12.47) with side of salad but got 8 small pieces of Chicken and 2 pieces of bread and 10 pieces of lettuce some rotten? Not even close to salad how you call it salad? No fries in my order. Expensive and not worth the money.
At 630PM the doors were locked and no signs stating the lobby was closed for service. Only the drive through was open and operational. Since we walked to the Dairy Queen on Lockhaven in Keizer we weren't able to dine in or order food. I called butwas met with a automated service requiring a pass code. Way to operate a business. Four cars pulled on while I tried calling. Ofcourse they all left but did not go to the drive through.
This place has days where it's a five star but on average I give it three stars but that's mostly for consistency. I go here alot, it is by my house and I have kids who love treats. I never realized how extensive DQS menu was until we moved near it butwow they have a ton of really fun treat and drink options. During the day I think management staff is there and so if you wantfive star service go before 3pm and you'll get exactly what you ordered. After 3pm however, they have a younger staff, probablyhigh school students which is great cuz the kids gotta start somewhere but you can tell things can get a bit rough in evenings.I do think though that this little store gets hit hard, long lines and I know they do their best but if you have favorite itemsbeware it can vary a great deal depending on if you go in day time versus night time. Overall though this is fast food and theirnew burgers are pretty frieking great and who doesn't love a blizzard. Definitely clean and we'll run store, it just gets verybusy.
