Mcdonald's - Keighley

I've never left a review before, but I felt my visit tonight was worth sharing. Thanks to the Keighley crew, my 99p Monday special was fantastic! P.S. They don't have hot beverage lids yet, but you can use your old one or a refillable cup. They are happy to accommodate this while they wait for their stock to arrive.

I gave a 5-star review for the staff. On the day I visited (Mother's Day), the systems for taking orders were down, leading to significant delays. We waited over 40 minutes for our orders, which were coming in quickly from all the media selling the event. Despite these challenges, the employees did their best to manage the situation. Kudos to all the staff that day for keeping a positive attitude and continuing to smile in the face of customer dissatisfaction.
