Tillie's - Keene

My wife and I went to Tillie on a date. The atmosphere was okay for the first hour we were there, I think they played an American Idol Compilation CD or something... It was kind of weird for a restaurant that wants to feel like a talk lesson. (They changed it to Big Band Jazz later in our food. I'd like to go back to one of their Wednesday jazz nights. The service was friendly and attentive. I'm glad we weren't under any time constraints, even if we were rushing before the evening, it was 45 minutes between when we sat and when we got our appetizers, and then it was another half an hour until the duck came out. The food was very good, but for the price I wasn't blown away. We will definitely return to try some of the other menu items we didn't have and to support a business that hosts live music in Keene.

The food and service were excellent in this facility. The combinations are unique and taste delicious. Elements such as shrimps and grits made Cajun style, and chicken and waffles with a beautiful Bourbon Maple Syrup. The seating was also unique as the benches are actually old paws from a church.

My wife and I were with Tillie four times. Every time it gets better. The atmosphere is warm, the servers are knowledgeable and timely and the seat is spacious and comfortable. The best part is the food. I'm not a gourmet, but I know creativity when I eat it. The cook takes great pride in his creations as he should. They satisfy the stomach and the soul. BTW, you can have a quiet conversation during the meal. We're going back to Tillie tonight.

This place is fantastic!!! As soon as I walked in the atmosphere, the point is! A rustic looking bar with high tables. The bartenders are nice and friendly, as well as the cook (Brendan) came out after we gave our supplements of food. He was very humble and humble. Why I gave these 4 stars is because the owner came behind the bar and swore a drink. In such a thing I would not expect the owner to do that, but that his staff does. As for food, it was very good. Just came as I ordered it, but it wasn't hot, almost as if it had cooled before. But the taste and taste were there. I'd definitely be back.

I had lunch at Tillie's yesterday and it was thoroughly enjoyable! The food was amazing (do try the lemon herb vinegarette! . The greens were fresh and the salmon was cooked perfectly! The service was great. The restaurant is very clean. I can't wait to go again!
