Five Guys - Keene

My stepson is a big fan of this restaurant, so he brought his father and me there. We enjoyed the hot dogs, hamburgers, and hand-cut fries. We will definitely be returning.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. We have been here twice. The first time we visited, it was quite busy. We placed our order and waited, and waited some more. The restaurant slowly emptied out, so we asked why it was taking 25-30 minutes to get our food. They apologized and explained that our order had been given to someone else by mistake. They quickly took our order again and we finally received our food. Since the restaurant was almost empty by then, we were able to choose where to sit. While we were eating, the manager came by to apologize for the mistake and gave us a $20 gift card for our next visit. We used the gift card and everything went smoothly. We appreciate their friendliness and would recommend this restaurant to others, whether local or visiting from out of town.
