Chipotle Mexican Grill - Keene

We waited over forty extra minutes for an online order and when we got home, the burrito wasn’t even made the right way. It was missing the second wrap, veggies, and the salsa. The staff wasn’t helpful at all.

As someone else noted, this place is filthy. Food and trash all over every table and across the floor. Waited in line for 10 minutes to finally order, made it up to the register only to be told the machines are down and can't take cards. Ok, not their fault. They begin telling those that haven't ordered yet they're only taking cash orders, however there's me and one other girl that already had their orders made before it crashed and we only have a card. After another 10 minutes of standing there waiting, starving, in a hurry, with a deep regret at stopping here having set in, I point out they should just let myself and the other girl take our food for free (she only has chips and guac and I just had a burrito). No dice. I ask them to ask the manager they say they can't cause she's on the phone with IT. I ask what happens to the food if we just leave, she said they throw it away. The girl ahead of me gets frustrated and leaves, so do I. Unbelievable that they'd rather a customer waits 20 minutes, with food in hand, and leaves hungry and annoyed and a burrito gets thrown away then to just comp the burrito for the hassle. They also said they weren't allowed to because corporate watches them on the cameras and counts how many burritos they make vs sell.On top of that, the bin was out of the chicken el pastor I wanted but there was a whole bin behind the guy that had just been taken off the grill. I asked if I could just have that and he said no, that I'm not allowed to have it until she brings it up. This place is ridiculous.Also, get some dang jalapeños already.

The food was delicious and very fast, but the price was a little high .Could have had a full service lunch and covered tip at a decent place for the price paid here..Two regular bowls and a drink cost us $38!!

Dirty, messy area where they make the food, out of chicken and corn and our food had a big black hair in it, and they were actually rude when we went in for a refund. NEVER will go back. This place is terrible, spend your money elsewhere.

Great Food at Reasonable Prices and you get soooooooo much for certain meals wellllll except the Taco ? WoooooooW there really small other than that I'd recommend ordering the Meals in a Bowl there!
