Chipotle Mexican Grill - Keene

The dining area is definitely smaller than you would expect, designed more like a café or a coffee bar, but for limited space a well-used design. The food was fantastic and the service was on site. I was just in a few moments ago and felt like I needed to tell someone about my experience. There was an extremely rude man in front of me who was actually swearing at the woman who cashed him out. I didn't hear the whole conversation, but what I understood was that he was unhappy it felt different from other chipotle restaurants he had visited. I would just like to say I admire how fast all the employees have learned their jobs considering this is a completely new restaurant location with all new staff. Small hiccups should be expected in the first few months, its how we learn and grow. I was honestly appalled by how rude he was to your employees but impressed with how they handled it. As soon as I left I realized I should have said something in person but I hope the employees who worked today see this message and know that there are people who understand the struggle of learning a new position. You are doing a great job! I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week.
