A very popular Javanese food shop with pecel rice in a house complex in Banaran, Pesantren District, Kediri, East Java Province. I and my wife enjoyed breakfast here when we stayed at the nearby Pension Griya Banaran. The delicious pecel (a cooked vegetable blend with hot, spicy peanut sauce) can be combined with roasted egg, crispy peanut peyek cracker, tumpang, etc. The place is a large house, so we can eat inside or on the terrace. Cosy. Minuses: crowded and long wait for weekends.

It's cheap, pretty good .. the location's kinda hard to find if you're not a native from here .. the place looks like an old house .. but it's pretty clean .. so not bad
