Dunkin' - Keansburg

The only reason I put one star is because of the one woman who was working today. I came in the afternoon. The other employee must have had her daughter with her. All I heard was her yelling and carrying on in the back. Then she came up front. It wasvery unnerving to see a young child without a mask also behind the counter. I thought I was in a Dunkin not a day care.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was very disappointed. What are your thoughts?

The customer service was excellent! However, the smell in the store was off-putting, resembling old cigarettes. This could be due to the fact that it's shared with a gas station.

I always pre-order through the app to earn my points and rewards, but at this Dunkin', I'm beginning to suspect they're not adding the shot of espresso I pay for in my Dunkin' Midnight. Seriously, if someone orders an extra-large black Dunkin' Midnight with a shot of espresso, they likely know and appreciate coffee enough to notice when it's missing!
