Huā Qiān Niǎo - Kazuno

Located in the famous Kitakami region, Deer Horn 2 is known for its specialty dishes including grilled rice skewers and hormone (offal). When enjoying hormone, be sure to order some tofu as well. Personally, I am not a fan of hormone, so I stick to ordering kalbi (grilled beef ribs).

When it comes to horumon (grilled offal), people often think of the popular restaurant Horumon Sakuraku. However, at Hanachidori, you can enjoy both horumon nabe (hotpot) and yakiniku (grilled meat) in one place. The taste is just as delicious as Horumon Sakuraku's horumon nabe, and the salted horumon yakiniku just melts in your mouth, making you want to keep drinking beer. And to top it off, they also have pig's trotters! The refreshing taste with salt was also delicious. I definitely want to go back again!

When I want to eat light hormone, it's great that I can also eat yakiniku at Hanachidori. Personally, I prefer salted hormone. The black pepper on the tongue is an accent and goes well with beer.

昼に訪問し、名物のホルモン定食1210円を頂きました。 味噌ホルモンとキャベツのシンプルな組み合わせにご飯、味噌汁、キムチと浅漬が付きます。 ジンギスカン鍋に盛られたホルモンとキャベツをコンロに。煮えてきたら吹きこぼれ始めるので火を弱めつつ、スプーンで汁を掬って丼に取り避けます。 火が通ったら食べるのみ。 ホルモンは弾力があり食べ応えがあります。一部肉も入ってきます。味付けは味噌ですが、甘みが控え目で美味しく頂きました。

鹿角がホルモンで知られているとは、・・・ 確かめに訪問です。 出て来たときには、キャベツ山盛～とびっくりしましたが、その下にホルモンが沢山～ 1,100円と比較的リーズナブルでお腹一杯になりました。
