Salkara Dum Biriyani - Kāyankulam

The amazing taste of real dum biriyani. the true sign of ochira . yummy in taste, good customer relationship. eat them in and take the theks .must taste of the salkaram of salkara. highly recommended.

Great braut that would bring back their nostalgic memories to their childhood. they have chickens and bark meats. quantities of rice are large and would get a free topup on rice and masala. both chiken and bark varieties are estimated at 140 € per standard portion. they've gotten out. they serve them with a token in time wise. there is a well-managed package counter from which they can get their ripples. taste: I love it. the rice is perfectly cooked. perfect balance of the aromen. her masala is the best. also the yellow lemon peel tastes beautiful, which is a perfect set for her toungue. salat aka pick veggies, not my favorite. but I don't hate it either. it's just okey. they have a combination of unorthodox size choped bevel, cubed South Indian green pfeffer. with Indian shredded and carrotene. that has a red, winish shadow that is given by the beetroot. I usually eat the salad while I wait for the main course. a standard South Indian style deep fried papadam comes with it. the it area is not so large that it approx. 5 tables in the value of 4 seats. the area is clean and well organized. all portions were made of stainless steel. Waiting time has failed low. the only problem is that they hurry better before it runs out. they open around midday and close when the riots are finished. it could be 12.30 or 14.30. mostly I have never seen that it takes more ham two hours due to high demand. but there are occasions that I could get served after 14.30, but I would come back to not push her luck after 13.30 delays in taking the queen before the counter. the personal is friendly and very informative. they always answer the phones and would like to welcome all the suggestions.

I am from kayamkulam and were deliberately looking for good biryani. Tried from many places and could not find good biryani. I bought biryani from Salkara Ochira and the Dum biryani was in-deed very good. Very nice. Super tasty biryani. Thank you.

Best biriyani around kayamkulam and karunagapally. Long rice and wedding gravy masala..... Chicken and beef are available....hope for mutton to come.....
