Bidra med feedbackIt's very unpredictable: one time you can have a great lunch, the other day you pick the same meal and it is completely different. Once a week they randomly change their working hours by starting much later, or closing at 14:00. I understand this is because of private events, but when restaurant is closed, people go elsewhere, and it's impossible to build stable customer base like that.
Food is not of very good quality. Every time we visit this place the food doesn't get better (not much of taste, looks like they are not using spices at all), waiting time is getting longer even at times when there are not much of visiters (few times we waited up to 50 minutes, while few people from our team got food in 10 minutes). They had vegetarian options some time ago, but later they removed them from menu they present for people, but this is still possible to order. Unfortunately, vegetarian options are not changing for months, while non-vegetarian options changing every day.
The place has quite a unique concept every dish is served with dried onion flakes and at least double the amount of salt one should have in a week. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Prices simply don’t match the quality of the food. Also, insulting your customers responding to their reviews here in a manner of ‘get a life instead of posting a review in the morning’ isn’t the tone indicating professionalism of any sort. Overall, a disappointment.

Look and feel: 4 5 Service: 2 5 Food quality: 2 5 Food choices: 1 5 Overall: 2 5 Well, this is a conveniently placed diner, it looks neat, really cozy, some chairs I don't really like, since they're slippery, but the food and service is sometimes somewhat appauling, at other times it's pretty good, even deserving 4 stars. At first, the food and everything does seem good, after a while, coming in every day, though, it really does make you focus on the negative. Some examples of bad food service would be: under or over cooked rice (that's a usual), my brother once got food poisoning here, when coming in a group, ocasionally one of us will get their order served 20 minutes if not more, after everybody has already finished their meals (this was the case today, as we came here in a group of 4), I personally once was served a pork steak which I simply gave back, because it was undercooked, and at least for me a lot of the times I order Mac n' Chicken, or the Ham n' Cheese pancakes, just because there's nothing else of worth on the menu.
