Little Caesars Pizza - Kaufman

The staff here is amazing. The food is nice and hot. Easy pick-ups.

I was charged for 7 pizzas, they only gave me 5. Asked for 3 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 5 meats with light sauce. The 5 meats didn’t have light sauce and we didn’t even get the cheese it was all the rest pepperoni. I called and was told they would give us the 5 free pizzas. To right the wrong. I called today and was told they didn’t remember and I would have to call back tomorrow morning to talk to the manager.

Update:the manager Jay called the next day and apologized, comped my meal, and offered to pick up the next pizza on them. THIS is how a situation should be handled!!

Do not work here the Manager are rude I kept to myself and just do my job and after working 4 days they let me go told me I was slow they also have rats in there so watch what you eat and then they don’t give you your check so I called and jay was very rude to me yes I called corporate when I ask her about my check yelling at me on the phone I will be calling corporate on Monday that girl don’t know how to be manager y’all need a new one get rid of her
