Freezy Frenzy Poke Bowl And Ice Cream Roll

My experience at Freezy Frenzy was amazing. When we first entered the building, I noticed that there were sticky notes everywhere on the walls. They had lots of options for ice cream. We were able to watch the worker make it and roll their masterpiece. It was AMAZING!!!!! My overall experience was amazing.

I went here with my husband and in laws for dessert after dinner and it was pretty good. It seems like they are out of some ingredients, but they did offer us substitutes and let us know ahead of time (not after we already paid like some places do). They did such a good job with the presentation of making and serving the ice cream it was really fun to watch. Where I think they faltered a bit was in the flavor of the actual ice cream. I got the Mean Green, and since pistachio is listed as one of the ingredients, I actually expected it to taste like pistachio (not the case). The banana flavor really overpowered the ice cream. It was the same deal for my husband's ice cream. He was expecting peach and mango flavors in his Honey Boo Boo, but it really just tasted like lychee. Flavor aside, the texture was good it kind of reminded me of dip n' dots but more in the form of rolled up sheets, not tiny balls. All in all, I liked it (especially since I like banana) and would go again if someone took me here in the future, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Love coming here with my boyfriend and little sister .. love the sticky notes which adds a personal touch with every customer, the workers also always greet you and say goodbye to you everytime they see someone leave which makes one's feel appreciated and recognized . The only thing I don't like Much would be i think the ac doesn't work or it may not be strong enough and a certain scent this Place has but it's not bad enough to where I'll stop going and also be ready to maybe wait a while since they can get very busy , But I still Recommend coming!!

Had mango tango, it was fresh and tasted good. Not overwhelming sweet. The rolls were fresh and tasted good. You get a punchcard and lot of live reviews around the store. Worth the visit!

The place is clean, has a great variety, and nice staff. You don’t have to wait very long for the ice cream it’s delicious too!! We will be back!
