Chick-fil-a - Katy

What's to say. This place is consistently good. The orders are correct and customer service is good. They are pretty busy, but lines always moved well, but I try to go outside of rush hours 11am-2pm.

Chick fil a is rarely a miss when it comes to food. This place was no exception. I went to pick up the Houston @Astro promotion . Which was a cool deal. My only complaint is there is only one entrance and it's right where the drive through line is. Not sure what the thought process for that was, but it's not very safe even with the painted crosswalk ppl fail to yield. It's really the only thing that is quite worrisome to me.

Excellent service and customer care! Did a wonderful job of serving us and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience! Denisse especially helped us and did an amazing job as a manager, and we really appreciate her time!

Tried the new Maple bacon whatever it’s called and it was good not great. But it was just maybe one or two points away from being great. Chick-fil-A makes it so hard to grade them because they’re always an an and this time they’re an a minus.

They are very friendly, attentive and quality of service. Its delicious food. I truly appreciate your service.
