Could it be that the BK administration does not read these messages? It really is DISAPPOINTING to go to this location. The service is terrible, the food is prepared in a hurry, they give you the food with a disgusting presentation, the workers shout personal things among themselves without caring about the customers. The drinks NEVER taste like anything. And finally, today 03/29/2024 according to them, there were no card transactions, only CASH PAYMENTS. ?. Gentlemen of BK, general managers, pay attention to this Cinco Ranch branch, it is leaving you with the worst image. Regrettable.

Update: March 28th 2024: This location has bad quality of food and the drive thru gentlemen seems to have a bad attitude. The food provided was old and horrible in taste. Chicken Fries hard and dried and my whopper meal had exploding condiment that made the bread soggy. It's been a long time since I came and it's another disappointment.This location is not functioning at hours of operation. Trash location.

This BK location is a joke! I have been there numerous times over the past few years and since Covid shutdowns, I’ve had no less than half a dozen instances where I was not served and was told that the restaurant was closed due to short staffing issues (several hours before the advised closing time), yet there’s at least four people “working” inside. How is it that an establishment is short staffed consistently for over three years? It’s usually the same “manager” advising me that none of the four people in the restaurant are capable of making a hamburger and dropping some fries in the fryer. I wonder if corporate or the owner (if applicable) knows about their lost revenue due to their employees not serving customers?!? Step up your game!

Nov 2023 every now and then, I like to change it up from our usual FF burger and opt for The Burger ? King flame broiled hamburger. The location off FM 1093 Spring Green here in Cinco Ranch does a decent ? job. The service is always ? good. The atmosphere appears cold because it 's never too busy at this location.

Good burger haven't had one in a long time had the Whopper with everything one it Service was great and fast will go back and try their pattie melts
