The Pirate Ship - Katoomba

II was specifically told OT go here by the guys at the antique store a few blocks away. What a recommend! Staff are way cool and welcoming. I was expecting the strong potent cappuccino, but then saw their turmeric latte for the same price, so why not? Wow, what a power punch. People say things are made with love. Love from friends is one thing. Love from strangers is something beyond. Extraordinary! I was going to get it with a shot, but I decided on an espresso to see what the coffee is made of. Roasted by the man in the store, Ian, it's Avery pleasant surprise mellowing the acid that people seem to think is good. Really distinctive palette. That lead to a few more shots for comparisons. Of course, Hyper Hyper in Nowra entered the conversation. Some people play their differences. Everyone here just is, and love it. That's authenticity. :

Great place to hang out and chill. Its where you want to drink coffee in Katoomba In my experiences food on menu has been quite creative and I always enjoyed ordering breakfasts and brunch there.
