Chrome Cafe - Katikati

Lovely food and lovely people! Was in the area to shoot a wedding and needed a filling meal the next day. Just what we needed before heading on the road again. Delicious! Thank you again.

Awesome cafe. Delicious coffee and a team that goes above and beyond. They saw my partner and I struggling through the wind on our bikes and brought us a sweet treat on the house. Thanks for the kindness—you made our day!

Came here 2 yrs ago and wanted to return to see if quality of food and coffee had changed under new management. Its better. Coffee was excellent and although we only ordered a scone and cake, they were fresh. The lady who served us was friendly and looked after us with a smile. This place also lends itself to easy access and parking if you're towing a caravan. Forget trying to park near the main street.

Since the new owners took over I've noticed a steady improvement each time I've go there. The food is lovely and coffee perfect. What I'm most impressed is the way the staff always come to the table after to see how the food and coffee is and to know if there is anything more they could do for me. I see them do this with everyone. Sometimes it's the smiles and the friendly attention that means the most. I'd recommend Chrome to everyone.

Great coffee, delicious food and excellent friendly staff. Also lovely to have a complimentary piece of shortbread with the coffee, quite rare and a pleasant surprise. Sat outside in the sun and enjoyed a peaceful morning
