Coffeemania - Kathu

Had a meeting at Coffee Mania new one in Patong with white interior we asked the staff to turn down the cartoon movie they were watching on the telephone because it was so loud and we could not induct a normal conversation.. It only result in a even more provocation to turn up the sound even more.. The staff is so rude the shop is super dirty, again I don 't know why the owner that doesn 't do anything about it because it 's actually one of the best choices for coffee.. I was also there 4 weeks before then that time they charged me more that I received and when I ask for the bill suddenly it was not possible for me to see what I was paying for.. I had to go down to the table and do the calculation myself to go up and say they overcharged me 80thb.. They gave me money back but not even a excuse or anyting.. another sign of super bad service

Ok food, strange service. When we asked for the bill they didn’t gave us a proper bill but came and told us the price. The place is nothing more than an ok

I wonder if the owner would spend some time learning his staff about service, how to greet a guest, definitely not feeling welcome when go there.. I hope he will focus on this because in general good coffee place but could become so much more

They have very good coffee and good breakfast. Next to Golden Touch massage Beauty Salon after coffee you can go there same as I do every day

We went at that place for try cappuccino and espresso. Espresso look as real Italian style but pastry are French and not too good, exactly are bad. Too much margarine inside!
