Electric Pagoda - Kathmandu

We recently visited Kathmandu and absolutely enjoyed our experience at this restaurant! Last night, we were delighted with live music while savoring stuffed cocktails. The food was outstanding, the best we had during our week-long stay in Kathmandu, especially the chicken pillow thai. The ambiance was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful, even on a busy Friday night. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful place. We will miss our friendly ginger cat the most.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options, allowing you to dine under the open sky. Though there was no air conditioning, they provided fans to keep the space cool. During a lunch with friends and colleagues, we tried several dishes including momo, chicken cordon bleu, and steak, all of which were delicious. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The chicken cordon bleu was particularly outstanding, with a rich texture and generous amount of cheese. The steak was also very tasty. The service was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had a great dining experience. Overall, we were fully satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant. One suggestion would be to consider adjusting the pricing in some areas.

This restaurant is one of the best places to hang out with friends, have casual meetings, and enjoy drinks with live music. I really like the atmosphere and ambience of the place. The prices are reasonable considering the services they provide. The food is delicious and served in generous portions. I highly recommend this bar located in the heart of Thamel.
