Bidra med feedbackAfter dinner at Vapiano, my son asked me to accompany him to another place he had to show me, because I would like it very well. Said, done, I was curious. Not far from Vapiano, at Florentiner Platz on the back of the Royal Gallery, we then stood in front of the Café des Chocolaterie Patisserie Christian Bach. Fresh colours and bright pinewood tones shape the image in the café room, yellow-green padded benches along the window front with many different color matching cushions for the back, small round tables, padded chairs with armrests, all of which looks very cozy. Unfortunately, I couldn't make any recordings in this area as the café was full. There is another cafe room on the 1st floor on the empore, but I did not pick up. In beautiful weather you can sit well outside, along the window front. When you enter the café, the fantastic cake counter immediately comes to the eye with a great selection of homemade cakes in different sizes as well as various cakes, all made by yourself and imaginatively and/or unusually decorated. I have not seen the Black Forest cherry cakes in this form and type of decoration yet. This small cake has a diameter of 18 cm and is divided into four pieces, to see at the chocolate border. This is already a decent piece and the price of €3.30 per piece is almost still to be regarded as cheap, especially considering the good city location of the café. In addition, there is always a wide variety of different truffles and chocolates, total with the cakes, cakes and cakes DIE sweet seduction in pure form. I'm thrilled! In the small shelves you can see homemade chocolates, cookies, jams, jams, candies, drinking chocolates and other delicacies more. According to the menu you can also have breakfast here until the late afternoon, breakfast is offered in various finishes and prices. The sausage specialities are covered by a local butcher. Sounds great! But before I get breakfast here at noon, I have to try all these tempting cakes. Unfortunately, unfortunately I was pappsatt by my pasta court in Vapiano, but to a cappuccino (2.50 € with a chocolate (0.90€) it was all. We sat outside, it was warm enough. The hot cappu with its fine-grained foam hit exactly my coffee taste and the sprinkle, filled with a Nougat chocolate cream, fits wonderfully. Enjoying was hip! And the raspberry jam I got for 4,50 € (250 g in the cafe, I'm sure it's gonna sound too. Conclusion: Here I will definitely return to my Kassel visits and try one after the other cake. Unconditional recommendation!
