I love going into Sunnyside Naturals for groceries or a meal! The staff are always kind, the food delicious and Hannah is very helpful. One of Kaslo's finest businesses!

Sunny Side is basically a health food store... and also has a lot of organic type foods.They are known for their fresh juices and smoothies which they make on th espot.. carrot juice and various combinations of juiceAlso coffee etc etcSlava the owner is a wealth of information on and medical condition and can steer you to the right natural products to hopefully relieve your ailments.Highly recommended.

This little gem is hiding in plain sight on Kaslo's main street. It's a tiny store (organic groceries, apothecary, etc) with an even tinier lunch counter serving up daily organic, vegan soups and a few other things. We got some awesome smoothies made with local Kootenay berries! This place is great if you need a light pick-me-up (or warm-me-up) rather than a heavy meal.

Awesome little organic shop with fresh produce and sundries, an organic juice/smoothie bar and light lunch fare and snacks. Lots of local artisans are featured and the staff is super-knowledgeable. Worth a stop if you're ever in town!
