Besitos - Karlsruhe

Reservation didn't work, waited for over 45 minutes to give up an order. then sat over an hour before empty glasses without anyone coming to command. Favourite cocktails have been deleted, for the others forget to calculate the happy hour. price increases are generally understandable, but the total amount was not worth in the evening. the service and the reservation system must be handled urgently.

Eating was good, but the service was pretty overwhelmed. the order was forgotten and had to look for the service to order something else.

The tapas in besitos are very tasty and the service is always friendly. we like to come here. I do not give the restaurant full score, because I often find it too loud, the air conditioning is occasionally unpleasant and the waiting time is sometimes quite long.

Unfortunately our so far worst visit in besitos. we were often here, but this time it was unfortunately nix. also here the lack of service powers seems to be noticeable. it was just an operation that had to take care of 12 tables and could only hurt you. she didn't seem to be doing this long. they had to make each wish noticeable, otherwise nothing would have happened. other drinks and dessert were too long for us, so we went back after eating. Eating was sometimes only lukewarm. we have experienced this much better and hope for the next visit.

Too small selection of tapas. there are no tapas classics. have no taste. paella tastes boring. inappropriate music. equipment of the restaurant bare and uncomfortable. unfortunately the second bad experience with besitos.
