I normally don’t rate restaurants in a food court like this one. But Safir needs a review: I found the quality of food to be average if compared to traditional Lebanese restaurants around the world, but it was tasty. The prices are competitive and you get more than what you actually pay for which is a big plus. But my review today would like to focus on the excellent service received from the young guys behind the counter: very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Their level of English was also impeccable and they were really able to advise not just me but other clients too. Many fine dining restaurants should learn about customer service from there guys. Well done! I can definitely recommend this outlet.

Lebanese food is very famous in this part of world. Safir is one of those outlets located in food court area of OC Novy Mall. We got our food packed from here, food was packed in 10 minutes and service was quite fast. We had chicken tikka which was served with Hummus and Fries along with veggies. It was amazing in taste, hummus was very delicious, and fries were good too. Packaging was very good, pricing wise meal was very decent, it was priced around 140 Kc for the meal. We also had Lebanese sweet dish Baklava and it was amazing, a must recommended one. A good place to try if you are looking for Lebanese food in this part of city.

One of the best fast food places in Prague. Not sure why people eat in McDonald 's of there 's Safir jut opposite. Great food, good hummus, even better baba ghanoush. I usually take Lebanese gyros and ayran for the drink. Tasty and great!

I've been here many times and totally recommend it. Food tastes like the real Middle Eastern cuisine (thing I can't say about the majority of Middle Eastern restaurants in Prague or other restaurants in the Safir chain), it's not pricey and staff is usually very welcoming and polite.

To je ta ošemetnost hvězdiček. Dávám plný počet proto, že toto zařízení pro mně představuje výbornou definici dobrého fastfoodu. Nečekám bilý ubrus ani naleštěné servírování. Nicméně se chci rychle, chutně, celkem zdravě najíst a jako bonus i za rozumné peníze. A to tady mám. Nejlepší je si dát něco z jejich otevřeného grilu. Ty vystavené hotovky jsou semtam ok, ale gril na objednávku to posouvá do úplně jiné ligy. Jejich Safir kebab či šištauk jsou vynikající a prostě vám to musí chutnat. Navíc se dá domluvit, že to chcete místo hranolků jenom se salátem nebo s rýží. Nebudete litovat. Jasně, to z grilu chvíli trvá, takže to zas tak fast není, ale klidně si místo čekání dejte pár kousků pita chleba s babaganušem nebo si zajděte umýt ruce. Tak akorát to vyjde, než ten předkrm dojíte nebo se vrátíte zpět ke stolu.
