Kobe Fusion Centrum Chodov - Karlin

Had a pleasant evening, the food here is tasty. The staff is also friendly. Prices are a bit higher but when you go somewhere once in a while, it's manageable. It was nice.

If you're in the mood for Japanese specialties, Kobe is definitely a good choice. The prices are relatively high, but it's worth it for the gourmet experience. The food is prepared very quickly. The restaurant is located in the center of a bustling shopping district, but you can still enjoy a peaceful meal here.

On November 1st, 2017, I visited the Kobe restaurant in the Chodov shopping center. The service was friendly and the interior of the restaurant was nice. It was a bit noisy because it's located in a shopping center, but everything else was fine. I ordered a Sencha tea to drink, a well-known Japanese tea that tastes good everywhere. The price of 115 CZK seemed a bit high, but I liked the idea of having a thermos at the table with hot water. As a complimentary appetizer, my girlfriend and I were served salmon tartare. I then had avocado Maki with shrimp and wasabi mayonnaise, followed by udon noodles with chicken and vegetables, which we both enjoyed. The food and service were both good, and we were satisfied overall. I recommend Kobe for a satisfying meal before a movie at the Chodov shopping center.
