5.7.2023 around 9 am. After checking in to the hotel, we found a staff member who could help after about 2 hours with my own effort and met our needs such as an umbrella water ashtray. The hamburger menu is mediocre. Even though I always prefer it at the hotel where I spend 6 hours and pay close to 1500 TL, I don't think I would choose it after my last experience. Toilets and showers are very dirty and smelly, it is not possible to find even napkins. It is said that there is no ice in the hotel in 32 degrees heat, it is never really worth the price given.
