Bidra med feedbackWow! This place is amazing. Are you still intimating the attitude? The service was the best we did? ve had stayed on the island so far in our week. The food was so fresh and tasteful. Creative selection of cocktails and great selection of wine! It has only about 13 seats and they do not take reservations. Absolutely!
We had the dozen raw oysters with the 3 different sauces and they were on the spot! They were delicious. Thank you to the Gal who reminded us of this place. It's very small. Keeps about 15 guests max. We just had to wait 10 minutes. The reason I have an evaluation of 4 stars is because it took a minute to take our order and the smoked fish salad was a lily salty for my taste. I think they used a sea salt. But it was still good. All and all, I would be back to try other items on the menu along with more oysters!
I came here the grande platter naturally small only one table can fit 4 so I waited like 40 minutes. As soon as it came, the lobster around a Pounder and snow legs was good. The sad part of it was the shells that they were the smallest of the small bags I have ever seen, serving in a restaurant and the Dungeness crab had an ammonia to taste. Service was very well expected more from the food based on all excellent reviews.
This place was so good that we came here twice in our 3 overnight stay. incredibly fresh and tasty seafood, wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and funny staff. that's a must when they're on kauai!
We visited on a Friday night at 8:30 and were seated quickly, despite the limited available seating. Oyster 369 serves a tap Pinot Grigio that was good and reasonably priced. We started dinner with a half dozen oysters on the half shell served with mignonette cocktail sauce and house tabasco sauce. We had a variety of different types of oysters, both local and imported, and they were all delicious. Our first main course was the oven-roasted mussels. They were exceptionally well-prepared. We enjoyed a second course of calamari with white beans and olives on a bed of warm kale. This was also really good! Dessert was the Macadamia honey tart. This is a specialty of the restaurant and shouldn't be missed. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
