Happy Snacks - Kapaa

This food truck was recommended to me by an employee in Denver. I, my father, brother ordered all the different dishes and they were all so delicious. We rate it 5/5 and plan to eat it again before we go. Just order before the time.

Food is amazing. The taste is super authentic. I had noodles, green curry, pad Thai. Everyone was very tasteful. The spicy one was so delicious. I didn't even have problems with sharp. I like spicy, but that was just amazing how the spices and the taste mixed together. If you like Thai, come here!

These are the most authentic drunk noodles I had in a very long time. I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect. This is a woman operated food truck, so waiting is long, the food is cooked to order, and definitely worth waiting. Cash is the preferred payment option, but she could take my card.

The coconut yarn was incredible and was served with a cream sauce that was amazing. Had the mango juice. Only complaint was awhile and only accepted cash. But I had no hurry and it was worth it.

The most authentic thai food we had on the island... straight out of a food truck. Everything was made fresh to order. Food was delicious. We had the lemongrass coconut soup, papaya salad, fried fish plate red curry chicken. We'll definitely stop by there again the next time we visit.
