Wendy's - Kansas

I usually have a good experience when coming here. But this morning I was rushed when ordering (mind you I was the only customer in sight). I then received the wrong sandwich and was unable to go back immediately so I called the store to see if I could get a refund later on today or come back to tomorrow to get the correct sandwich. Both times I called there was no answer and after about 2 minutes of ringing. The phone hung up.

Great place was taken care of in a fast and efficient way burgers was fresh and so was the staff definitely would recommend this Wendy's if ever in merriam ks

I went through the drive thru twice because they gave me the wrong drink. When I told them it was wrong…she was rude and told me she made it, she knows what she made. I ordered cherry cream soda and I got Strawberry citrus. I order the cherry cream soda all the time…I know what it tastes like!!!

Great food. Havent gotten an ugly burger or chicken sandwich ever. Moderate to quick service depending on the nights.

Good food, when their system is actually working and they can even take your order. Good luck with all that.
