Wendy's - Kansas

I ordered chili but the next day my system had troubles. You know what I mean bathroom problems.

My experience at this location has been hit and miss. During prime hours, it's pretty good and fresh. Off hours and the food tastes like it's been sitting a while. They lock off the dining room in the evening, which is frustrating when you order off the app and they allow you to choose the pickup in store option.

I came here for the veterans day deal 2022. I asked at the drive thru and ordered. When I got to the window, the same person, told me there was no deal and charged me full price. I contacted corporate and they took 2 weeks to email back. No apology, not even an attempt, only stated they filed the complaint and wanted me to continue to be a customer. Everyone should go somewhere else and force this location to shut down.

The food was good and the service was fast. Only issue is that the male's handicapped toilet (only toiled) has a large gap between the door and the wall that is holding the door. So you can crearly see someone sitting there with their pants down

Service was quick (stopped in before noon). Order was accurate. Food was fine. Drive-thru had a long line so I thought it’ll be slow but it was pretty quick. Walked into lobby and ordered. Restaurant was clean.
