Subway - Kansas

Have to give Kenneth five stars for his excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in he was attentive letting me know it would be just a minute so he could wash his hands. Very attentive and respectful. Made a great sandwich exactly like I ordered. Thank you Kenneth. The store appearance was neat and clean.

We ordered Subway tonight instead of cooking I will NEVER go to this one again! I will drive to Concordia. I ordered the oven roasted chicken. My chicken was FROZEN!! and none of the bread was “fresh” from the warmer, even though we had 6 sandwiches with 3 different breads. I have worked at a Subway before. This is the worst I have been to.

It's not everyday that you get to experience great customer service! But, at this Subway, nestled in the Love's truck stop, are a couple of very friendly young men, who know how it's done! I ordered a foot long steak and bacon pro, with extra cheese! They were fast, and friendly, smiling, and never missed a beat! Thank you James, and Jordon, and thank you Subway! My sandwich is delicious! It is also wheelchair accessible!

The ladies were rude and even if you ask for a little mayo they put a whole bottles worth on it.

Clean and social distanced tables. Doing a great job today training some new employees.
